Service Description
When requesting to book, just select your drop-off and pick-up dates/times, and share any special instructions or care details in the form. You’ll receive a confirmation once your booking is approved. 🐾 Please note: The “1-hour duration” shown below is only a system placeholder — pricing is per day, not per hour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are fully refundable. Short-Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a 30% cancellation fee. No-Shows: Bookings where no notice is given will be charged the full service cost.
