Welcome to Taren’s Pet Care! By booking a service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clear communication, the safety of your pet(s), and the best possible care experience.

1. Services Offered

 

Taren’s Pet Care provides:

  • Dog walking

  • Drop-in visits

  • Overnight stays / pet sitting

  • Daycare

  • Boarding

Services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Taren’s Pet Care.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings are considered confirmed only after approval.

  • Payment is due in full prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Rates may change quarterly; however, once a client begins services, their rate will remain the same unless add-ons are added.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the service will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee equal to 30% of the total booking cost.

  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

 

By booking, you agree to:

 

  • Ensure your pet(s) are up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and general health.

  • Disclose any behavioral issues, aggression, or special needs.

  • Provide accurate care instructions (feeding, medication, schedules).

  • Supply any necessary items (food, medications, leash, crate, etc.).

5. Health & Emergencies

  • In the event of a medical emergency, Taren’s Pet Care will make every effort to contact you first.

  • If you cannot be reached, Taren’s Pet Care reserves the right to seek veterinary care for your pet. All related costs are the client’s responsibility.

6. Liability

  • Taren’s Pet Care is not liable for illness or injury resulting from pre-existing conditions, undisclosed behavioral issues, or the pet’s actions while in care.

  • Taren’s Pet Care is not responsible for property damage caused by the client’s pet.

7. Add-Ons & Extra Services

  • Additional services (such as medication administration, extra walks, extended stays, or special requests) may be subject to additional fees.

  • These will be discussed and agreed upon before being added to your booking.

8. Photos & Updates

  • Taren’s Pet Care may provide photo or video updates of your pet during services.

  • Photos may be used for business marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.) only with your consent.
